We have created a Registration FAQ on our site. It can be found

5 Days Left for Full Payment of Early Bird and Mid-Morning Bird
rates!
The end of June is almost here. If you have made a 25% deposit on your
registration
fees, your full payment is due June 30th. If you have not yet paid
for conference fee, room or meal plan, you have 5 days to get in on the
lower rates! You can still register anytime, even walk up to our desk
on the 18th and
register for 1 day. But we must pay our bill to the university on the
July 10th and Anything booked after June 30th isn't guaranteed
as we will have already made our room booking at UBC! We need the
money
now, to pay our bill, so we encourage you to register before June
30th. If you register in July or walk up and register in person, we
can't guarantee you
a room and meals, but you will likely still get them.
