IDEC 2008 - Intent to Register - Last Week of Early-Bird Rate  - Flight Deals

*Intent to Register*
Planning your summer can be hard.  Planning a conference is even harder!  Stats have shown us that 50% of IDEC participants will register in the last 6 weeks leading up to the conference.  Because it's hard to plan around this fluid number, we have create an "Intent to Register" on our site.  Please complete it if you are planning to come.  It will give us valuable information and there is no obligation for you.  You are just helping us generate some numbers.

*Flight Deals for IDEC*
We have been looking for discount Air travel deals for IDEC 08 and we are close to having a deal with Air Canada, as long as we have
enough people coming to make it worth their while.  They have not
confirmed a percentage for the discount but suggest it will be between 5 and 15%, depending on numbers we get.  The discount would be applied to the lowest fare on the internet, not just their lowest fare.

If you are thinking of coming to IDEC and would like to be included in
our count (there is no obligation), please visit our Intent to Register
page and mark yourself down!
