Prices are subject to change.  Make your 25% non-refundable deposit and registration to secure your price.

Group leader and teachers who register 5 delegates (as one group) will get their own conference fees waves.  This does not apply to Accommodation or Meals.

IDEC 2008 General Agreement

Registration Clauses:

• You must be 19 years or older to register for IDEC (for insurance reasons). If you are not yet 19, please contact us to make arrangements.
• Your 25% deposit is non-refundable.
• Full payment is required by June 30th.
• Fees are 100% non-refundable after June 30th. We may be able to offer a refund if a late registrant takes your place.
• IDEC registration is transferable. Please contact our registrar if you need to make arrangements.
• Failure to make a complete payment by June 15th will result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of your 25% deposit (we will, of course, remind you).
• Prices are subject to change. Please make your deposit to lock in your price.
• Personal information collected on this site will only be shared among the different departments of our organization, SANE.
• Your booking may be cancelled if you have falsified information.

Participation Clauses:

• You consent, by default, to give full permission to SANE and to IDEC participants to photograph and take video of your person while you are in public areas at IDEC 2008. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us to make arrangements.
• You agree to follow the direction of the IDEC 2008 organizing committee and it's staff members in regard to safety and organizational issues.
• You will ensure that members of your group understand this agreement.
• Youth 18 and younger may attend IDEC only with a guardian/parent/caretaker. That person must stay (sleep) on university (UBC) grounds while youth in their charge stay on the grounds.
• Children 11 and under will remain under the supervision of an adult (19+) while at IDEC 2008.  They may be supervised by any adult who undertakes this responsibility, though the above clause applies to their stay on the grounds.
• You agree to pay compensation for property damaged by you or your group while at IDEC 2008.

The conference space is precious to all of us. It is a space for us to freely interact and create a safe environment for all participants.  The organization reserves the right to take any necessary steps to preserve this environment for the conference.
