IDEC 2008 Registration - Terms and Conditions.



Registration Clauses:		Participation Clauses:
You must be 19 years or older to register for IDEC (for insurance reasons). If you are not yet 19, please contact us to make arrangements. Your booking may be canceled if you have falsified information. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Fees are 100% non-refundable after June 30th. We may be able to offer a refund if a late registrant takes your place. IDEC registration is transferable. Please contact our registrar if you need to make arrangements. Failure to make a complete payment by June 15th will result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of your 25% deposit. Prices are subject to change. Please make your deposit to lock in your price. Personal information collected on this site will not be sold. Your personal information will be shared only among the different departments of our organization, SANE.		You consent, by default, to giving full permission to SANE and to IDEC participants to photograph and take video of your person while you are in public areas at IDEC 2008. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us to make arrangements. You agree to follow the direction of the IDEC 2008 organizing committee and its staff members in regard to safety and organizational issues. You will ensure that members of your group understand these terms and conditions. Youth 18 and younger may attend IDEC only with a guardian/parent/caretaker. That person will be on university (UBC) grounds while youth in their charge are on the grounds. Children 11 and under will remain under the supervision of an adult (19+) while at IDEC 2008. Their Caretaker will remain on the grounds while they are at IDEC, though they may be supervised by any adult who undertakes this responsibility. You agree to pay compensation for property damaged by you or your group while at IDEC 2008.
