IDEC 2008 Registration Fees

IDEC 2008 Accommodations
Two types of accommodation are available for those who will to stay in the UBC dorms, just 5 minutes walk from the Conference site and 2 minutes walk from the IDEC common spaces and meal space. Please note that children 6 and under do not have to book their own room. Parents are welcome to bring extra bedding and have their children stay in their room/bed. All beds are single beds. There are no double or Queen size beds.
Totem beds are in a mix of single and double rooms with shared washrooms and small lounges on each floor. Lounges have a small fridge, kettle and microwave. The majority of these rooms are single rooms and we will prioritize the doubles to families and those who have specific needs. Sheets and blankets are provided. You must bring your own towel. Totem beds are $30 per night.
Ritsumeikan beds are all in single rooms and are grouped in 4's. Each set of 4 rooms has two small bathrooms (one with tub and shower), a sitting area with table and chairs and a small kitchen area (no dishes included). Rooms are air conditioned, sheets and towels are provided. Ritsumeikan Beds are $40 per night. Note; some Ritsumeikan rooms are wheelchair equipped.
IDEC 2008 Meal Plan
This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from Aug. 11th to 18th (with no breakfast on the 11th and no dinner on the 18th.)
