The International Democratic Education Conference will meet in Canada for the first time in its 16 year history. Aug. 11th to 18th at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

IDEC 2008 will take place at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, Aug. 11th to 18th 2008. We are hoping for the participation of 300+ delegates from Democratic Schools and other learner-centred communities around the world.
